Join the fun for the third annual Sebastian Lionfish Festival at Capt. Hiram's, featuring a lionfish tournament, cook-off, educational experience, and live entertainment! Help spread awareness and protect our coastal ecosystems against this harmful and invasive species!

The event begins with a fishing tournament on May 19th, through the morning of May 20th, followed by a cook-off, beginning at 12pm on May 20th.  Attendees will have the chance to taste lionfish prepared by several participating restaurants, and vote for their favorites.
